Refunds & Returns – Dry Goods

  • You may return dry goods within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging and condition.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your order arrives damaged, reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos so we can help resolve the issue promptly.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original credit card. For debit or cash purchases, we’ll provide a store gift card equal to the return value.

Livestock Policy – Refunds, Returns & Surrenders

  • We ship live animals across Canada, with options for local delivery and in-store pickup.

  • If you're not satisfied with your livestock purchase, you may return it to us within 72 hours for a full refund. Please note we are unable to collect returns.

  • Sexing of animals is not guaranteed. Except for Guppies, Molly, Platy & Swordtails.

  • Livestock is covered by a 7-day health guarantee, provided care guidelines were properly followed (see below).

  • In the event of a loss and proper care was taken, we will offer a replacement if available. If not, store credit will be issued.

  • We may ask for proof of purchase, photos, a water sample, and/or additional information to confirm care conditions.

  • Our guarantee does not extend to any other animals in your aquarium—we strongly encourage quarantining new additions.

  • While we cannot always accept surrendered pets, we will when feasible. We do not offer store credit for pet surrenders.

  • Local breeders interested in working with us can reach out at shipping@boutiqueaquanova.com, along with photos or videos of your livestock.
